Where do I even start? The views at this resort are so incredibly beautiful. It's so detailed & perfectly manicured. My experience here was unforgettable. As soon as we pulled up, the valet cast members took our vehicle and we checked in. Bellhop took our luggage to our room very quickly. We actually stayed in a cottage, which was a bit far from the boardwalk but the beautiful cottage and the private pool more than made up for it. The cottage was two stories and had a beautiful huge bath tub. We had a huge flower garden right in the entrance of our cottage, which was fenced. (You'll see below in the video) During our stay, they replaced the flowers (which were not even dead, lol) and it really made the place smell delightful! We had concierge level, so breakfast was provided with a short walk to another building. The breakfast here was by far the most special, unique experience i've ever had at a hotel. There was an omelette station with endless toppings for your eggs, and a person frying them right in front of you! It tasted amazing, and was a really cool experience! I've never had a hotel cast member personally cook my breakfast fresh and right in front of me. They had a buffet also, aside from the omelette station. They were giving mimosas and all types of tea & coffee. I was really taken aback! As my boyfriend & I walked throughout the hotel, we saw entertainment everywhere. This one guy was juggling and doing magic tricks right next to the lobby. They also have a machine that shows old Disney comics when you turn the throttle real fast. It was spectacular. So now for the best part, the boardwalk. It has endless restaurants and stores to enjoy! It even has a club for late night party go-ers. The ESPN bar was my first option but the wait was extremely long, and I didn't appreciate that they couldn't give us a time estimate. We settled for the Italian restaurant "Al Forno" (which you can check out my review of them as well in the Disney Dining section). They had cute stores with lots of mickey merchandise, my boyfriend purchased me two Pandora charms from one of the stores. At night, the resort was not loud at all. It was really peaceful and you can easily walk over to Epcot to see some fireworks. You can see them from certain parts of the boardwalk, so the walk is not even necessary. This resort is gorgeous, and gets 4 stars from me. The reason I don't give it 5 stars is because of the issues I had during checkout. They tried to charge me $22 per day for parking and I am handicapped, plus they charged me double parking for one day. They handled the situation well, but I felt the complaint was unnecessary. Other than that, this is a fantastic, family friendly Disney hotel!
