Disney World's Wilderness Lodge Resort - Experience & Review

From the moment I pulled up to the valet area at this hotel, I felt like royalty. The valet people opened our doors & took our luggage right away. They directed us to where we needed to check in, and how to let the bellhop know to take our bags up.

My boyfriend & I immediately started walking around to explore. To our pleasant surprise, one of the Disney Resort Cast Members walked right up to us and asked us if it was our first time there. One conversation led to another & he told us to follow him, and we did! All the way to the transportation boat. We told him we weren’t going to a park that day, but he told us to trust him and we did! 
We got on the boat with a few other folks and the 20 minute ride was absolutely breathtaking! You get views of the Grand Floridian Resort, The Polynesian Resort, The Cabins from the Wilderness Lodge, I mean the views are endless! It takes you to Magic Kingdom, and then right back to your resort. It was such a warm welcome from a Disney cast member and it truly made our experience so much more memorable. 
    The pool was amazing. They also have a really great kiddie section for your younglings to enjoy a pool as well. There are complimentary towels so no need to bring your own. The pool is next to a bar, so you can definitely spend an entire day just enjoying the resort in the pool.
The resort from the outside in looked amazing, so much so that I have to show you videos because my words do it no justice! My family stayed in a 2 bedroom suite and the suite had a huge hot tub with jets, really big HD TVs and a spectacular balcony with a view! Unfortunately I did not get to experience their breakfast because my suite had a kitchen. 
    The customer service at this hotel is really amazing. Everyone is extremely kind & helpful, even the folks staying at the hotel!! It gets a solid 5 stars from me. Enjoy the videos!
