I stumbled across this cart in Disney springs & literally jumped for joy. I love cookie dough and I had no idea disney sold it the way they do! Their menu Is very... interesting. You can get different flavors of cookie dough in a cup, cone or a parfait. I ordered something called the “celebration parfait” which includes cookie dough and strawberries and whip cream with a Mickey vanilla cake on top. I gotta be honest, it was terrible. (Except for the cake)
The cookie dough was warm and soft and it tasted nasty. It didn’t have the texture or taste that cookie dough normally has when you’re baking. (For obvious reasons, I’m sure they had to make it edible without making you sick) I was disappointed. It didn’t really taste like you were eating cookie dough. I was shocked Disney would sell such a product 😂 They work pretty slow too, I waited quite a long time for my parfait even though I was the only person in line. Definitely not coming back, but doesn’t mean it’s not for you!
Chicken Guy in Disney Springs
I came to this restaurant without even knowing it has been featured on the Food Network! Now I understand why!
This restaurant is amazing!! The food was so delicious! I had the beef noodles, others in my party had the orange chicken, fried rice, shrimp tempura roll, and ribs for appetizer. I was drooling with every bite.
Disney Spring's T Rex Restaurant
The best meatloaf I have ever had in my whole entire life is from this Disney restaurant. T Rex is much like Rainforest Cafe as far as ambience. When you first walk in , you're greeted by the cast members in their gift shop, who then lead you to the host to get you a table. Their theme focuses more on dinosaurs (Duh) but has many similarities compared to Rainforest Cafe! They’ve got dinosaurs moving all throughout the restaurant, and tons of amazing huge fish tanks to keep you in awe while you wait for your food. They too host a meteor shower every 30 minutes, which is rather exciting! The lights start flashing on & off and you can see shooting stars across the ceilings. They’ve got the details down to the T, even the background noises!
