Where do I even start? This is my second stay at this hotel. The first time, our power went out and all our food in the fridge got spoiled. They said they would give us two free nights, they never did and every time I call, they give me some bullshit run around & say they’ll send a voucher in the mail. They never did.
So let's start there...
I stayed a second time because i wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. This time, our water went out for almost two hours. I could not shower after walking the park & I could not shower my 1 yr old and 2 yr old. Getting home at 7pm and not being able to shower till after 9;30pm after being at a park since 9am is an inconvenience no one should go through. On top of that, there were several roaches in our apartment. The apartments have washer & dryers inside but they didn’t work. The WiFi doesn’t even work, I don’t know what’s the point of saying they have it , it doesn’t connect.
Customer service doesn’t give a crap about what went wrong or how they inconvenience you. Ashley made it seem like there was nothing she could do but refund us $40 for our resort fees. This isn’t a resort I pay $50 or $75 a night for. This is not the quality or service we deserve for what we paid. It’s a shame, because the apartments are spacious and really Centrally located. There’s lots of restaurants and shops in the area. The parks are 5 min away and the pools are awesome. They have slides and sections for kids. Parking is free. The balconies are screened. These are probably the only good things about this place.
Aside from that, it's safe to say i'll never be coming back here.
